By using conductive inks along side a standard FDM Extruder, the A2200 can 3D print electronic objects as a continuous part requiring little to no assembly. 

The A2200 High Temp upgrade enables 3d printing with high performance materials such as PEEK and PPSU as well as standard FDM materials like PLA and ABS.

The A2200 lets users fabricate 3D printed devices such as Printed Circuit Boards, interconnects, and wiring harnesses. Print circuits with the Paste/Ink Dispenser and substrate or housing with the traditional FDM Extruder all within one 3D printer at the same time. Use it right out of the box. It's cost effective and a user friendly 3D electronics printer.

The A2200 Multi Material 3D PCB Printer utilizes conductive and functional inks. Print wires, electrodes, interconnects, contacts, electrical leads, and power applications directly to your design. Enhanced for functional inks capabilities and advanced printed electronics applications. Take your 3D printing projects to the next level.

  • Print IoT packaging, sensors, antennas, resistors, conductors, and other electrical components. Try different functional pastes and inks to print your sensors.

  • Print with solder paste and cut the time needed for creating your circuits. Just pop the soldering paste in and start printing your prototype.

The A2200 is enhanced with added features that make using functional materials easy. Print PLA, ABS, and high performance FDM materials such as PEEK and PPSU. The high precision, ultra reliable positive displacement print head is capable of precisely metering functional inks with a wide range of viscosities. Engineered for prototyping of 3D printed electronics by printing of thermoplastics in conjunction with functional inks such as highly conductive silver ink. Simple, reliable and easy to use, the A2200 is a versatile multimaterials 3D electronics printer with performance that rivals systems that cost 10x, even 100x more.

The nano3Dprint A2200 provides all the 2D printing capabilities of Optomec, Dimatix, and Dragonfly with the added benefit of printing true full 3D functional devices (not just one or two layers). Nano3Dprint A2200 provides significant improved resolution and True 3D print compared to Squink and Voltera.

Independent vertical movement between extruder and dispensing nozzle with independent digital control let's you print on any size, shape, or type of substrate.  Print on various types of substrates such as glass, ceramics, paper, or Kapton. You can even print your own substrate

Continuous Printing 

A2200 can handle power failures/cut-offs. Once restarted, it will continue printing where it left off after the power cut-off. A2200 can also detect when the filament is about to run out. Once refilled, it will continue printing where it left off. No need to worry. 

Simple To Use 

A2200 is simple to use. Aside from controlling it with your computer, you can also control it from your smartphone or the full-color touch screen. It is compatible with WIFI, USB, SD card, and U disk for direct printing.
