RePLAy is made solely with out-of-spec and production scrap from our impact modified Pro PLA line. Because RePLAy is completely upcycled internally we maintain full control over every gram of filament ensuring quality and consistency.

Sourced from our Pro PLA: upgraded and optimized for 3D printing it features premium PLA resin slightly modified with a revolutionary bio-based plastic that increases overall strength, impact resistance, shelf life, and reduces brittleness.

Every spool of RePLAyprints like a dream from beginning to end, from one spool to the next, and every inch of filament maintains a dimensional accuracy better than +/- 0.05mm.
Due to lack of demand for 2.85mm, at present only produce RePLAy in 1.75mm.
Meets ASTM D6400 standards for biodegradability. RePLAy is 1KG of filament wound onto a heavy recycled cardboard spool that is biodegradable and bound with a recyclable tin end cap. In fact the entire spool can be tossed directly into your recycling bin! The spool includes both a cut-out for viewing filament and dual puncture slots to secure filament when not in use. The flange can even rotate to in either direction to aid in securing the filament wherever it has been cut.
RePLAy is made in the USA with the 100% recycled PLA and the highest quality extrusion processes available. Every inch of RePLAy is measured to ensure that it is within the strictest standards for quality, diameter, and ovality. Each spool of RePLAy is carefully wound to exacting standards to minimizing crossovers and loopbacks that can lead to snags and snaps.
In addition, a portion of the proceeds from every spool of RePLAy will be donated to plant a tree. Every spool aids in rejuvenating iconic forests in key locations throughout the United States.
